WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY ON ROYAL ONE PRODUCTS
Royal One warrants branded lubricants, coolants or fatliquor products sold hereunder (the “Royal One Products”) meet Royal 1 written specifications for such products, if any, set forth in writing on the product label. authorized by Royal One, as well as in their brochures and sales communications when they are sold. Royal One, at its sole option, will replace free of charge or refund the purchase price of any Royal One Products that fail to conform to this warranty.
Additionally, Royal One will pay to repair damage (parts only) to your equipment to the extent that the damage is, in Royal 1 opinion, directly caused by any failure of the Royal One Product to conform to the specifications or written provisions of the performance of the product, as long as Royal One provides satisfactory proof that it is reflected that:
The equipment meets and has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications for the equipment and was used under specified operating conditions.
normal and in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions and limitations, including aspects of speed, load and temperature; and The equipment was maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, including compliance with product selection, monitoring, and oil change recommendations. The use of additives for aftermarket products is not authorized under this warranty. for the team maintained under a manufacturer-endorsed extended oil change interval regimen, you should conduct periodic testing of Royal One Products to forecast optimal oil change intervals and monitor equipment operations.
In order to file a claim to repair the applicable equipment under this warranty, you will need to notify Royal One of the damaged equipment within 30 (thirty) days of such damage. You will also need to provide copies of your equipment maintenance records, as well as submit a sample of the Royal One Product from the damaged equipment and make parts and operations records available to Royal One upon request for inspection.
ROYAL ONE MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH INCREASE THE REPRESENTATIONS DESCRIBED IN THIS WARRANTY. ROYAL ONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INHERENT, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ROYAL ONE PRODUCTS SOLD BY OUR AUTHORIZED DEALER NETWORK.
In the event of detecting a fault related to any Royal One Product and considering it appropriate to file a warranty claim, please contact the Authorized Royal One Distributor in the country where you purchased the product.
